Local public safety will participate in response training on November 13-14 at Sonoraville Baptist Church located at 262 Old Fairmount Road.
This is an opportunity for all aspects of our public safety to include law enforcement, fire, emergency medical services, E 9-1-1 and emergency management to further enhance their ability to respond to incidents that affect the community.
During this training, scenarios will be exercised in the building and also outside in the parking lot.
Due to the presence of many public safety vehicles and personnel, they want to make the public aware so as not to cause undue concerns. Electronic signs have been placed in the area as well to notify passers by of the training.
