Hurricane relief donations can be dropped off at North Rome Church of God beginning Monday

RomeGa Cares is partnering with the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and North Rome Church of God to collect essential supplies for those affected by Hurricane Helene in Georgia and the Carolinas.

Donations being sought include:

  • Bottled Water,
  • Gatorade or Powerade
  • Cleaning Supplies
  • Disinfectant
  • Diapers
  • Tarps
  • Shovels
  • 5-gallon Buckets with Lids
  • Brushes
  • Mops
  • Dehumidifiers
  • Box Fans
  • Dog & Cat Food
  • Gloves
  • Masks
  • Toiletries & more

Donations can be dropped off at the North Rome Church of God at 1929 N Broad Street from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on weekdays beginning on October 7.

Please note: They are unable to accept used clothing or furniture at this time.
