After a six-month investigation, Cartersville Police Investigators arrested four individuals associated with a Gwinnett County criminal organization responsible for the theft of bulk used cooking oil from several Cartersville restaurants.
Similar thefts were reported throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.
Arrested and charged were Carlos Laguna, Freddy Aguirre, Luis Gaitan-Obando, and Yunier Eliuth Aguirre-Polanco.
All have been charged with Theft by Taking and Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime.
