A North Rome residence was damaged by gunfire early Thursday.
According to a Rome Police Department report:
Officers responded to Roseway Circle in reference to gunshots being heard in the area.
They found six spent shell casings.
A pickup truck had a bullet hole in it and several shots had also been fired into the residence.
An aquarium was also damaged.
The homeowner told police that approximately four days ago someone had shot at his house but he did not report it.
