(Via WZQZ Radio) Funeral services were held yesterday for the victim of a house fire in Lyerly. Officials believe that the fire that took the life of sixty-eight-year-old Danny Millican may have been started accidentally.
The Summerville News reported this week that Lyerly Fire Chief Kenneth Thompson said the fire started in the back of the house and worked its way through the structure. Emergency workers were not able to rescue Millican from the house.
Millican became the thirty-seventh fire victim in the State of Georgia since the first of the year.
