Georgia has prices down by 12 cents since Monday

Georgia gas prices continue to decline.

As of Wednesday, Georgia motorists are now paying an average price of $4.02 for regular unleaded gasoline.

That is down from $4.14 on Monday.

It’s also 25 cents less than last week.

Local averages Wednesday, according to AAA, were $3.96 in Floyd County, which is down about 7 cents since Monday.

Gordon County is down about 6 cents, while Polk County is down 11 cents and Bartow County is down 10 cents from Monday,

Chattooga County had the lowest average price at $3.77 a gallon, which is also down by 10 cents.
