Area residents are waking up to snow on the ground and windy conditions Saturday morning.
There were a number of power outages (around 1,500 in Northwest Georgia).
The snow didn’t last long and had pretty much all melted by early Saturday afternoon.
Some did get a chance to snap a picture before it was gone.
