Woman accused of using non-profit organization’s credit card to pay her rent
A 40-year-old Rome woman has been released on bond following her arrest on a felony warrant charging her with financial transaction card fraud.
According to an arrest warrant:
Kimberly Sue Runde used a Visa Card belonging to Hospitality House to pay the rent at her Flannery Street apartment back in February.
The total of the payments was listed at $3,913.62.
It is believed that Runde used the card’s information since she did not have possession of the card itself, according to a Rome Police Department report.
Report: Man drove vehicle into house
A Rome man is accused of driving his vehicle into a residence on Blarney Way in the Kingston area on Wednesday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
The framing of the home and the attached front porch were damaged in the incident.
22-year old Julion Frank Mazzo is charged with a felony count of 1st-degree criminal damage to property.
Man charged with criminal damage to property
A 20-year old West Rome man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly causing around $1,600 in damage at a home on Lynn Haven Drive.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Jaiden Machir Clark damaged two windows and a bed frame.
He is charged with felony 2nd-degree criminal damage to property.
