ESP (Extra Special People) is excited to invite the Rome community to join its third annual Big Hoops fundraiser. The Big Hoops event will be Friday, March 28, 2025 at 6:00pm at The Huffman.
Each year, ESP Rome selects two key groups in Rome’s community to compete head-to-head in a basketball game with the purpose of creating transformative experiences for people with disabilities. This year, the teams competing are Government versus Industry.
The real competition is with the Rome community itself. Can we outdo ourselves? Last year, we had a huge turnout (almost 1000 people!) and an ambitious fundraising goal. It is ESP Rome’s mission to top these numbers this year in the pursuit of supporting people of all abilities. Can we do it?
ESP encourages anyone in the community to come channel their March Madness energy at this family-friendly event, including esp merchandise for sale, concessions and fun ways to support your chosen team.
