Floyd County Jail Records –
- A 25-year-old Rome woman was arrested for drug possession and conspiracy charges at her residence on Tolbert Street by the Floyd Metro Task Force on Tuesday. According to Floyd County Jail records Emmileigh Griffin was found to have synthetic marijuana that she admitted to be selling in partnership with another person. Griffin was booked into the Floyd County Jail and stands accused of felony possession of a Schedule 1 substance, felony possession with the intent to distribute, and felony conspiracy.
- A 46-year-old Rome woman was arrested by the Rome Police Department on multiple charges related to credit card theft Tuesday at a Tammassee Lane residence. According to Floyd County Jail records, Ronica Sue Bailey used a stolen card to obtain $235.87 worth of merchandise from the Walmart on Redmond Circle on July 1st. Bailey is being charged with 4 counts of felony financial transaction card theft, and felony transaction card fraud. At the time of her arrest, Bailey was also found to be in possession of Marijuana.
- A 33-year-old Silver Creek man was arrested by Georgia State Patrol on Tuesday after he poured a drink on a clerk at the Circle K gas station on Shorter Avenue. According to Floyd County Jail records, “Fatir Ibn Rasullullah Abdul Sul Pillow” was told to pay for a drink he was attempting to purchase at another clerk’s register in the store (as the clerk was ending their shift). Mr. Pillow allegedly grew irate with the clerk, dumping his drink all over the worker the register and nearby electronic products. Pillow was booked into the Floyd County Jail and is being charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault.
