A 55-year-old Rome man was arrested Saturday after allegedly holding his roommate at gunpoint.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Richard Benjamin Adams was intoxicated and said that he did what he did because the roommate had said a curse word.
Adams waived the firearm around after he pointed it at the victim.
There were other people in the Blacks Bluff Road residence at the time of the incident.
