Georgia Power has reported widespread power outages this morning in Northwest Georgia. As of 6:17 AM, the following are without power:

In Floyd County, 204 customers on Wilkerson Road. 567 customers in the area around Billy Pyle, Burnett Ferry Road, Alto Park, and West End Elementary. 229 customers on Blacks Bluff Road. 161 customers on Big Texas Valley Road near Lavender Creek.

– In the Kingston area off Highway 411, 102 customers of Macedonia Road are without power.

– 868 customers around Euharlee without power in the area at Mission Road near Mission Road Elementary and the Stone Church.

– 176 customers near Chubbtown around the New Prospect Baptist Church at Lyons Bridge Road, Randall Road, Booger Hollow, and Miller Mountain Road.

– In Polk County, 989 customers were without power on Highway 278 in the area around Victory Baptist Church and Polk Medical Center including Brady Road and Bethlehem Road. 97 customers without power at Campbell Road, Wooten Road, and Lee’s Chapel Road. 71 without power near Johnson Lake Road and Judkin Mill Road. 52 without power near Old Collard Valley Road and Terry White Road.

– In Chattooga 151 without power in the area around Nightingale Road, North Coal Mine Road, and Hawkins Ranch Road. 61 without power around the area of Gilreath Mill Road.
