Floyd County reported four COVID-19 deaths on Tuesday, according to the Georgia Department of Public Health.
248 Floyd County residents have now lost their lives to the virus since the start of the pandemic.
Floyd County also reported 77 new positive tests on Monday for a total of 14,551.
Bartow County reported nine deaths and 61 positive tests while Gordon County had one death and 21 new cases Tuesday.
Five deaths were reported in Polk County along with 39 new cases.
Chattooga County had 16 new cases and three deaths.
Statewide, there were 6,190 confirmed cases from Monday to Tuesday with 138 confirmed death.
